چکیده
Introducción: La resistencia a antibióticos es un grave problema de salud pública que podría tener alternativas manejo en la fitoterapia. Objetivo: Determinar el efecto antimicrobiano cuatro concentraciones Myrciaria dubia camu sobre Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistente carbapenémicos. Métodos: Se elaboró extracto etanólico cáscara dubia, originaria selva peruana 250 mg/ml, 500 750mg/ml y 1000 mg/ml. El se determinó través medición del halo inhibición crecimiento bacteriano (HI), concentración mínima inhibitoria (CMI) mediante absorbancia por espectrofotometría bactericida (CMB) conteo unidades formadoras colonias (UFC). Un grupo control fue gentamicina 160mg/2ml, otro etanol 70° (sólo HI) o solucion salina (para CMI CMB). realizaron 10 repeticiones cada caso, excepción espectrofotometría. usó prueba Kruskal–Wallis análisis post hoc Dunn, consideró p<0,05 como estadísticamente significativo. Resultados: comparación los HI tuvo p><0,001; tratamientos con fueron diferentes al etanol, Respecto CMI, máxima 0,830 UA CMB las UFC solución salina. Conclusión: dubiatiene contra carbapenémicos.><0,05 p<0,001; carbapenémicos.><0,001; carbapenémicos><0,001;

As patient-centered care is embracing a multimodal, integrative approach to the management of disease, patients and...
متن کامل1-methylmalate from camu-camu (Myrciaria dubia) suppressed D-galactosamine-induced liver injury in rats.
To evaluate the protective effects of fruit juices against D-galactosamine (GalN)-induced liver injury, lyophilized fruit juices (total 12 kinds) were fed to rats for 7 d, and then we evoked liver injury by injecting GalN. The juice of camu-camu (Myrciaria dubia) significantly suppressed GalN-induced liver injury when the magnitude of liver injury was assessed by plasma alanine aminotransferase...

Camu-camu [Myrciaria dubia (Kunth) McVaugh] is currently an important and promising fruit species grown in the Peruvian Amazon, as well as in Brazil, Colombia, and Bolivia. The species is valued for its high content of fruit-based vitamin C. Large plantations have been established only in the last two decades, and a substantial part of the production is still obtained by collecting fruits from ...

The physiological responses of juvenile tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) fed commercial feed supplemented with different concentrations of camu camu (Myrciaria dubia) were evaluated. The design was completely randomized, with treatments arranged in a factorial design with three proportions of camu camu (15%, 30% and 45%) and a control treatment (100% commercial diet), with four replicates per tr...
